Our springs are wound from the highest quality spring material available. Hot wound springs are quenched and tempered. Both hot and cold wound springs are stress relieved in a continuous oven and set removed to guaranty the springs do not sag over time. We have state of the art load testing capabilities to ensure that the coil springs conform to the required load and rate specifications.
