Shipping*
- Orders typically ship in 1-3 business days. (Monday - Friday) Excluding all major holidays. Once shipped a tracking # will be uploaded to your order and sent to you. (please check your junk & spam folder occasionally email software will put it in there)
- Note we do our best to keep parts stocked but occasionally we run out. If this happens we will contact you and let you know you may expect delays. (Monday - Friday)
- Shipping methods; UPS, USPS, FedEx are all used based on the cost & shipping time. (This is how we are able to offer FREE SHIPPING)
Returns/Exchanges*
- 20% restocking fee
- Shipping is not refundable & Freight cost will be pulled from free shipping items.
- Customer must pay for return shipping
- Must have a RGA # (if not package will be refused and send back to you)
- Must be unused and packaged like it was received so that no damage is caused during return freight
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product
Wearable Parts*
Bushing, Shocks, Ball Joints, etc. are wearable parts and are not covered under the lifetime guarantee
