We are a small family owned and operated company. Orders typically ship in 1–5 business days in the order received (Monday–Friday), excluding all major holidays. Please be patient as we are NOT Amazon. Once shipped, a tracking # will be uploaded to your order and sent to you. (Please check your junk & spam folder occasionally, email software will put it in there.) Please understand we are a small family owned and operated business, we are NOT Amazon. Be patient, all orders will be shipped as fast as possible.

14 Day Returns/Exchanges*
DO NOT BUY IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING OR DO NOT KNOW IF THE PARTS FIT YOUR VEHICLE. WE WORK VERY HARD TO MAKE SURE ALL COMPATIBLE VEHICLES ARE LISTED CLEARLY. IF IT DOESN’T SAY IT FITS YOUR VEHICLE, DON’T ASSUME IT WILL. WE KNOW MORE THAN YOU DO. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ERRORS OR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. MOST KITS DO NOT INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS, WE RECOMMEND A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER FOR ALL PARTS & ACCESSORIES IF THE INSTALLER YOU CHOOSE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL AFTERMARKET CUSTOM PARTS HE PROBABLY SHOULD NOT BE INSTALLING IT EITHER.
20% restocking fee is charged for all returns or exchanges.
Shipping is not refundable & freight cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Customer must pay for return shipping.
Must have an RGA # obtained from us. (If not, package will be refused and sent back to you.)
Must be unused and packaged like it was received so that no damage is caused during return freight. If it is damaged, modified, or not resalable, you will be charged, or worse, your return will be denied and you will have to pay for us to ship it back to you.
Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to obtain an approval and RGA #.
No returns, no exceptions on custom made parts rear ends, etc...
Cancellations
All cancellations will pay a 3% cancellation fee that is charged to us by our credit card processor.
Wearable Parts*
Bushings, shocks, ball joints, etc. are wearable parts and are not covered under the lifetime guarantee.
Promo Code*
Promo codes must be entered at the time the order is placed.
Limit one promo code per order.
Promo codes are only valid online.
No promo codes or refunds will be applied to your order once the order is placed.
